“No one had ever explained how my loan really worked.”

I was doing everything right, but my loan still felt overwhelming.

When I first got my auto loan from another bank, the interest rate was extremely high. I didn’t realize there were better options or fully understand how it all worked. I was keeping up with everything, but it felt like I was constantly trying to catch up.

When I met with Certified Financial Counselors, Marissa and Brenda, they took the time to walk me through it step by step. For the first time, I understood what was happening and what I could do differently.
