  • New Bill Pay Platform FAQs

    Do I have to create a new login?
    No. At first login, you will just need to accept the terms and conditions and create 4 challenge questions! That's it!

    Have my current payees been moved to the new system?
    Yes, payees have been imported into the new system. However, any direct payees without an address have not been moved over.

    Have my current recurring payments been moved over?
    Yes, the 1st payment sent after conversion will look like a one-time payment. After that, recurring payments will show up as recurring in the 2nd month following conversion.

    Am I be able to see my payment history in the new system?
    Yes. 2 years of bill pay history is available.

    Have my payees for Person to Person (PopMoney) been transferred? 
    No, you will need to enter your payees into the new Bill Pay Platform. 

    What will happen to my eBills?
    eBills have not been transferred to the new system. On March 30, please re-enroll to your preferred eBills.
