Operations Training Specialist:

We are currently accepting applications for an Operations Training Specialist based in our Corporate Office.  As an Operations Training Specialist, your major responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and conduct operations and systems training with frontline staff.
  • Improve overall employee effectiveness/performance through the application of individual and group training techniques and programs.
  • Assist in the design and maintenance of frontline training materials, training classes and training procedures.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related experience in a financial institution. Must possess excellent communication skills including public speaking skills.  Must be able to learn essential responsibilities of frontline staff.  Must be able to work effectively with staff at all organizational levels.  A Professional appearance and demeanor is required.

Branch Manager:

We are currently accepting applications for a Branch Manager at our Milpitas Branch.  As a Branch Manager, your major responsibilities will include:

  • Managing, motivating and training the branch's member service team.
  • Managing the branch's daily operations.
  • Meeting established goals.
  • Managing Vendor relationships.
  • Interacting regularly with members to ensure their satisfactions with products and services.

Our ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of branch operations, procedures and practices.  Additionally, our preferred candidate will have experience in consumer lending, a minimum of 2 years of branch management experience, and a college degree or equivalent work experience.  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must.  A professional appearance and demeanor are required.

Audit and Loss Control Specialist: 

We are currently accepting applications for an Audit and Loss Control Specialist based in our San Jose Corporate Office.  As an Audit and Loss Control Specialist, your major responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, recommending and administering loss control programs including internal audit, compliance, fraud control and insurance and acting as the external audit liaison to ensure protection of the organization's assets.
  • Monitoring transaction flows, potential fraud cases, fraud methodologies and risk and loss control techniques.
  • Responding to and investigating material fraud cases and interfacing with appropriate law enforcement agencies in addition to reporting such cases to management.
  • Conducting regular reviews of branches and departments' activities.
  • Conducting independent review of Credit Union records to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and to ensure that Credit Union polices and procedure are being adhered to.
  • Performing financial audit reviews on the Credit Union's records and reporting findings and recommendations.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to five years of similar or related experience preferably in a credit union environment.  Solid knowledge in all areas of accounting and audit procedures and the ability to work independently required.  Certification as a certified public accountant or a certified internal auditor preferred.  Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required.  A professional appearance and demeanor are required.

Real Estate Loan Clerk:

We are currently accepting applications for a Real Estate Loan Clerk based in our San Jose Corporate Office.  As a Real Estate Loan Clerk, your major responsibilities will include:

  • Processing all real estate equity loan applications.
  • Preparing all related subsequent documents.
  • Providing courteous, prompt and accurate service to the membership.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in lending/operations in a credit union and/or a financial services company and possess outstanding member/customer service skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to a professional appearance and demeanor are a must.  A minimum of one year related loan processing experience is required.

Loan Adjustment Manager:

We are currently accepting application for a Loan Adjustment Manager based in our San Jose Corporate Office.  As the Loan Adjustment Manager, your major responsibilities will include:

  •  Managing the Loan Adjustment team.
  • Analyzing the financial situation of borrowers.
  • Maintaining and reporting delinquency and charge offs.
  • Informing management of trends in lending operations as they pertain to delinquency.
  • Managing vendor relationships.

Our ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of collections policies, procedures and practices in addition to having previous supervisory/management experience.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to a professional demeanor are a must.  A minimum of two years related collections experience and a college degree or equivalent is required.  Previous collections experience in a credit union environment is a plus.

Vice President of Lending: 

We are currently accepting applications for a Vice President of Lending based in our San Jose Corporate Office.  As the Vice President of Lending, your major responsibilities will include: 

  • Directing and coordinating all lending and collection activities within the credit union.
  • Establishing annual growth goals for lending programs and developing strategies to achieve growth goals including product innovation.
  • Developing and implementing internal control structure.
  • Developing, proposing and gaining acceptance for and implementing lending and collections programs policy and strategy.
  • Re-engineering processes to improve product delivery and to reduce turnaround time and increase productivity.
  • Coaching and developing lending division management team with respect to leadership development, strategic direction and management skills.
  • Ensuring the credit union is in compliance with lending and collections regulations and policies.

Our ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of lending experience in a financial institution, an in-depth understanding of and ability to interpret regulations affecting lending programs, extensive underwriting experience in consumer and real estate lending, and extensive knowledge of consumer lending, real estate lending and collections including best practices, compliance, products, industry trends and procedures/processes. Minimum five years of previous management experience required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills required.
